PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders. Because of a merchant account limitation on large transactions, all orders over $500 must be paid by PayPal, Cashier's Check or Money Order, however if you wish to use a credit card for an order over $500, call us at (910) 574-2918 and we will process it over the phone. If we are out of the office, please leave your name and phone number and we will get back to you as soon as we return.
SHIPPING DISCOUNTS
We offer FREE SHIPPING to all USA addresses on orders of $100 or more. Shipping and handling for orders under $100 would be $10.00.
Shipping and handling to Canada and Mexico would be $25.00 for orders under $100, $15.00 for orders of $100 to $199.99, $10.00 for orders of $200 to $299.99 and FREE SHIPPING would apply on all orders of $300 or more.
Shipping & handling to all other countries would be $45.00 on orders under $100, $35.00 on orders of $100 to $249.99, $20.00 on orders of $250 to $349.99 and FREE SHIPPING would apply to all orders of $350 or more.

SHIPPING & AVAILABILITY
A. Items available will ship within 3 business days upon receipt of the order. Items on back order may take 6 to 8 weeks (Some cases longer).
B. We will always do our best to notify our customers of orders that are not available.
C. UPS is our primary carrier to continental US addresses. USPS will be used for all other addresses.
RETURN POLICY
(Please do not return merchandise to this address. We will provide you with the correct return address once your return authorization has been approved).
A. All merchandise returns must be authorized.
B. Customer returns or exchanges
1. Merchandise must arrive in sellable condition.
2. A 10% restocking fee will be incurred plus any applicable shipping charges.
3. Package must be packed carefully and must be insured.
C. Damaged/Defective Merchandise
1. All claims must be received within 7 days from date of delivery (NO EXCEPTIONS).
2. Replacements will be shipped and billed (w/o freight charge). Credit will be issued upon receipt of damaged/defective merchandise.
D. Refused merchandise will incur a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges cannot be refunded.
WARRANTY
A. We will guarantee our products free from manufacturers defects for 60 days from receipt of merchandise.
Replacements will be made only upon inspection and approval of merchandise.
